How Embergrade handles your data

What we collect

• The photos you upload, so we can analyze them.
• The findings and grade we generate from those photos.

What we do with your photos

Your photos are sent to a leading AI vision provider for image analysis, under no-training enterprise terms. They are held in memory only for the duration of the analysis call and then discarded — we don’t store them, share them, or sell them.

Public share links

Reports live at /r/<id> for one year. If you share that link, anyone with it can view the grade and findings. The original photos are not stored, so there is nothing photo-side to share.

Your controls

We don’t make accounts and we don’t collect your email, so there’s nothing tied to you to delete. Each report auto-expires after a year. To remove a specific report sooner, email hello@embergrade.tech with the report URL.

What we don't do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t store your photos after the analysis runs.
• We don’t share photos with insurers or anyone else.
• We don’t use your photos to train models.
• We don’t track you across the web.
